This supportive weekly group is designed to help individuals with ADHD strengthen their executive functioning skills and improve daily life management.
Drawing on Dr. Lidia Zylowska’s Mindful Awareness Practices for ADHD (MAPs) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), the group blends mindfulness, self-compassion, and practical tools to address common ADHD challenges.
Participants will learn strategies to:
Enhance focus and follow-through.
Navigate decision-making paralysis.
Cope with rejection sensitivity dysphoria (RSD).
Regulate eating, sleeping, and activity routines
Build greater self-awareness and self-kindness
The group is ideal for adults seeking structure, support, and a neurodiversity-affirming approach to ADHD.
