What Is Life
Coaching?
Life coaching is a collaborative process designed to help you identify meaningful goals and take clear, actionable steps toward a more fulfilling personal and professional life.
Coaching helps with things like career planning, building routines, and life administration.
Clients that make use of coaching have goals such as wanting to build and maintain healthy habits, wanting an accountability partner while they work on a big project, or becoming more organized in order to balance personal needs and professional/academic responsibilities.
HOW COACHING
DIFFERS FROM
THERAPY
While coaching can be reflective and may explore emotional experiences—including anxiety, sadness, or joy—it is not therapy or mental health treatment. Coaching DOES NOT diagnose or treat mental health conditions.
If you’re experiencing issues such as depression, anxiety disorders, suicidal thoughts, addiction, or other mental health concerns, life coaches will refer you to a licensed therapist.

WHO BENEFITS FROM
LIFE COACHING?
Life coaching is ideal for individuals who are motivated to grow, but need structure and support along the way.
Life coaching is
especially helpful
for people who:
Travel frequently for work and struggle to stay grounded
Want support maintaining routines and personal goals while on the go
Need help organizing “life admin” tasks (appointments, paperwork, errands)
Are juggling high-pressure roles and want to prioritize self-care
Feel stuck in certain areas and are ready to take action
