New Perspective’s DBT Intensive Program

 

Time Commitment: This is a 4, 8 or 12 week program that focuses on learning & practicing DBT skills in a short period of time.   4-8 hours of one-on-one individual therapy per week. 

 It is recommended that you also join our virtual DBT Skills Group for a 1 year commitment to reinforce learning.

What we will do:

This is a unique individualized program where you will work with our DBT team who will collaborate with you to create an intensive therapeutic program tailored to your needs and goals.  

Focused Sessions Include 

-Individual Therapy

-Motivational interviewing

-DBT Skills Training

-Life Worth Living and Identity Exploration

-Chain Analysis (Understanding causes for engaging in behaviors you want to change)

-Exposure to things you avoid (as needed)
